On 1/1/26, the NC Utilities Commission changed the bills of lading.
We now only have one bill of lading – it covers both hourly and weight/distance moves.
The forms listed here are only available for members of the NC Movers Association. Members can be ordered by packs of 100, 500 or 1000, as well as, individually for quantities less than 100. Select the number of forms you need. The number selected represents the number of forms or packs that will be shipped to you depending on the selection made. Individual form orders and packs of 100 do not allow for form imprinting or numbering.
We will sell forms to non-members who hold a valid Certificate of Exemption from the NC Utilities Commission, at a non-member price. Contact the Association office at pstanley@ncmovers.org to get more information on how non-members can order.
